and join us for a fun packed trip to the Norwegian Arctic! Norway is a
great country with thousands of islands and lakes and kilometers of wild
coast to explore! This country is often at its most beautiful under the
rays of the midnight sun when the enchanting light effects are simply
something that can not easily be described by words.
Norway
is famous for its wildlife and we will make sure to see as much of it
as possible! Who knows, a sea eagle, of which no other country has more
than Norway, may come to feed at the puffin colony just as we are there!
Or a golden eagle may swoop by as we are watching the world's largest
maelstrom at Saltstraumen, the inspiration for Edgar Allan Poe's famous
novel! Or yet, we may spot jumping salmon as they swim up the waterfalls
in their upriver drive. Of course, we may also choose to simply drop a
hook in the water to try to catch something ourselves!
Norway is also a good country for whale watching and we typically go on a sperm whale safari during the summer months and on a killer whale safari in the fall. Norway being one of the last countries where whales are still hunted, it is also possible, for customers requesting it, to taste whale meat during these trips.
Depending on your preferences we will camp in wonderful settings, stay in confortable country cabins, or rent rooms in urban hotels.

1100 euros for 7 days. This price is for groups of 5 people minimum, includes accomodations in campgrounds and cabins, all meals, transportation by van or car, and activities, but does not include alcoholic beverages.

| Day 5 | Take the ferry to the Vesteralen islands to visit a puffin colony and go fishing in the arctic ocean. | |
| Day 6 | Go sperm whale watching. | |
| Day 7: | Return to Japan from the Evenes airport, near Narvik. |
