Spain
is an incredibly beautiful country, with a rich and proud heritage. We
typically spend a day or two in Madrid, where we visit the famous Prado
museum, and make an excursion to El Escorial, the famous monastery and
castle built by Philippe II. We then move further south to Andalusia where
the influence of the long occupying Arabs can still be felt.

On the way, we may either stop in Toledo, a former capital, or move through la Mancha, the area where Don Quixote battled his famous windmills. Further south, in Andalusia, we visit the worlds largest Christian building (the cathedral of Sevilla), the world's second largest mosque (in Cordoba), and what is judged by many to be the world's most beautiful and best preserved medieval Arabian castle (the Alhambra in Grenada). And everywhere we are surrounded by the beautiful Andalusian hills and mountains (they go up as high as 3400 meters), their white villages (the pueblos blancos), and their groves of olive trees.
Summer being uncomfortably hot, we usually schedule our Spanish tours anytime between October and May. Please contact us if you would like to join us, or use the "Your preferred dates" button below to send us your request for special dates. We will be happy to get back to you.
1100 euros for 7 days. This price is if at least 5 people join the tour and includes all accommodations in hotels, all meals, all transportation by mini-bus, and all activities.

| Day 1 | Meeting at the Madrid airport. Check into our hotel, and, if time allows, visit the Prado Museum. | |
| Day 2 | Go on a day trip to El Escorial. | |
| Day 3 | Visit either Toledo or La Mancha, by minibus. | |
| Days 4~6 | Visit the famous mosque in Cordoba, the cathedral in Sevilla, and the Alhambra in Grenada, all by minibus. | |
| Day 7 | Return to Japan from the airport in Andalusia. |
