No payment is required with this initial reservation. We will contact you to confirm your reservation and to request a 5,000 yen down payment per person via wire transfer to our NPO's bank account in Matsumoto. No reservation will be considered final until this down payment has been received. The balance can be paid by wire transfer prior to the hike or in cash upon arrival. Deposits will be refunded in full, minus the wire transfer fees, for cancellations up to two weeks prior to your scheduled departure. There will be no refunds for cancellations less than two weeks prior to your scheduled departure.
